ORGANIZATION

The House of Poland, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt California corporation that is member-based and governed by a board of directors. It is a member of the House of Pacific Relations, also a non-profit corporation. The House of Poland (HoP) is supported by donations from visitors and special benefactors, and from occasional sales of ethnic food at special events within the House of Pacific Relations.

Although it is independent of any Polonia organization, the HoP includes members of several other organizations, including the Polish American Association, Polish National Alliance, St. Maximilian Kolbe Polish Cultural Center, San Diego-Warsaw Province Sister City Society, and Polish American Social Club of North San Diego County. Persons of Polish heritage or other ethnicity who are sponsored by an existing member may be considered for membership.
